old Transactions not available

Hi , I have a problem checking my old transactions in all of my account before a certain date and I get a message saying " There are other transactions , which are not visible because of you filters preferences " .. even though I don't have any filters set in preferences

Hello Amira,


There is a default filter setting for accounts which is last 90 days. To change it, please go to your Account register and find the Filters button. On MoneyWiz for Desktop, it simply says "Filters" while on MoneyWiz Mobile it looks like a cone icon - next to a search bar.


Change the Period Filter there.
