I am really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing! By "auto upload" do you mean that your Scheduled transactions are not syncing to other devices? Or that they are not executing automatically?
If they are not executing automatically, can you please tell me if you notice any syncing issues between devices?
Are both devices currently in sync? Do they display the same account balances and transactions?
