The yearly subscription key you've received via e-mail needs to be activated on a Desktop device. Will you be using MoneyWiz on one? (Mac/Windows) If yes, please just activate your subscription on Desktop device while signed in to your SYNCbits account so the subscription information can sync to other devices, including that iPad.
