Windows payees not showing


I entered transactions manually through the iPad app. I also have the windows (premium) . The problem is now that the payees are not showing in the Windows version. When I check the iPad they are there. I tried deleting, reinstalling and resync at the windows side of things, but no luck. This is very annoying.

Any advice on this please?

I'm having the same issue.  What is the status?

Apologies for the delay. The fix that I have offered to Chris did not work so we're investigating further. If you are also experiencing the same problem, I'd recommend you contact us at as your issue does not necessarily have to be identical.
