Problem with online bank account refreshing

Hello, what does it mean the message "We can't refresh your account right now. Please, try again later.", when I try to refresh my online bank account? What are the possible causes? I haven't changed password, I have mobile data, etc. The first time is ok, after I have this problem. If I try to refresh, I have this message. The day after, without any changes, the refresh works. The day after, another error... Thank you, Luca
