Creating a SYNCbits account deleted my all data.

I downloaded the app from the App Store earlier today and spent hours reconciling all my transactions and creating budgets. I thought it would be a good idea to get the app on my phone too, so I bought the iOS app as well. I proceeded to create a SYNCbits account through the Mac app, and the program froze on the 'committing data' stage. Now it appears that all my data has been deleted. Please help, I just spent ages on this - official support has been pretty poor so far.

Dear Dan,

I've reviewed your communication with us and in one case I see my colleague asking you for more information but we did not receive reply from you. In another case I saw another colleague asking you for the faulty database so we can work on extracting the data but you never contacted us back.

This issue cannot be handled on the public forums as it concerns your private financial information. Please reply to any of the e-mails you've received from us and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
