sync problem between iOS and Windows


I have purchase Moneywiz 2 on iOS (iOS 9.3.3 now.)

I download the Windows free trial today and SYNc.

but there are two account have different balance number between iOS and Windows version.

I check few amount. The iOS and Windows are the same.

what's wrong of the sync?

Some Accounts OK but some are not.

Can you please try reinstalling MoneyWiz for Windows to see if this forces the correct balances to come through?
