Sync Issue

Issue is between two Android devices. Sometimes transactions entered on one device do not show up on the other. Opening MoneyWiz again on the first device seems to send the transaction through successfully.

Hello Adam,

If both devices display correct and complete data at this time, please try reinstalling MoneyWiz on one of the Android devices. After signing back in, check the data on it - if it's all OK, please reinstall on the other device as well.

Test for a couple of days - if it doesn't seem to help, please contact us! Remember that MoneyWiz connects to the sync service every 20 seconds so you might need to wait a bit before MoneyWiz finishes syncing.
