Been looking for answers here for 30 mins. Been a waste of time and money. Spent over $10 in five mins on this app and got nothing from the app and nothing from support. I tried the online help and FAQ. NO HELP.
what should I do? I want a refund of $10! Though I know I won't get one. Typical false advertising. Bait and switch.

I see that you have submitted several tickets (around 5-7) and each of them was replied by our different support agents. Moreover in our very first conversation with you, we have answered all your questions and provided with links to MoneyWiz guides, but then you said, you will request a refund from Apple, due to MoneyWiz being too complicated to use. Am I right?
