I am not able to change my SyncBITS password. when I try to enter a new password within the application I get the error message "Password not suitable for account".
Also trying to change my password via https://my.syncbits.com doesn't work. I can login with my current password, but when I enter my current password in the change password form it gives me an error message that I use the wrong password. Double checked my password being correct before I entered.
