Bought and can't use the app


I have an iPhone 6 - IOS 8.3 and I bought the app but when i tried to create an account on SYNCbits, there's an error message that appears saying that this device doesn't have data.

I tried to reinstall the app but i wasn't worth it. 

Do you already have this kind of problem with SYNCbits? I cant use the app :c

Dear Rafael,

Creating an account in MoneyWiz(for example, Cash account, Current account etc) first will make it possible to create a SYNCbits account, because some data are required to be uploaded upon registration.
